URM-0.7 oil reclamation system
The unit is designed for heating, drying and refining of transformer oil from mechanical impurities, water and acids. It is also intended for insulation restoration of current and voltage oil-filled transformers, for solid insulation cleaning of power transformers, for insulation drying of power transformers, transformer oil regeneration with granular synthetic or natural adsorbents, regeneration of granular synthetic or natural adsorbents with vacuum, for regeneration and refining of other types of mineral and synthetic oil.
This system is designed for reclamation (restoration to operational condition) of electric insulation oils with viscosity up to 70cSt at 50°С.
The system lowers acid number and dielectric loss tangent by over 90%. The oil reclamation system allows lightening and purification of oil with application of bleaching earth.
The unit can be used during installation, repairs and operation of oil-filled high voltage equipment up to 1150kW (power transformers, high voltage switches, etc).
Operating ambient conditions for the URM-0.7 system:
- ambient temperature range +10ºС … +35ºС;
- atmospheric pressure 84 to 106,7 kPa (24.80 to 31.49 in. hg.);
- elevation up to 2000 м (6562 feet) above sea level
- explosion and fire proof building.
URM-0.7-s main components are:
- reclamation section;
- press-filter.
Reclamation section consists of:
- oil heater; - two reactors; - intermediate tank; - circulation pump; - input pumps; - filtration pump; - absorbent vessels; - settling tank; - control unit; - piping.
The section is mounted on a metal frame with base tray.

The oil purification system MZU-1.7 is designed to remove solids and water and to redice acidity of electric insulation oils with viscosity of no more than 70 cSt at 50ºС. Invertable sorbent cartridges ZP-260 are designed to purify and dry transformer oil with zeolite absorbent.
The system is used for installation, repair and operation of oil filled equipment with up to 1150 kV voltage (power transformers, high voltage switches etc).

Zeolite drying cabinet ZDC-15
The unit is designed for heating, drying and refining of transformer oil from mechanical impurities, water and acids. It is also intended for insulation restoration of current and voltage oil-filled transformers, for solid insulation cleaning of power transformers, for insulation drying of power transformers, transformer oil regeneration with granular synthetic or natural adsorbents, regeneration of granular synthetic or natural adsorbents with vacuum, for regeneration and refining of other types of mineral and synthetic oil.
Zeolite drying cabinet, also referred to as drying cabinet, is designed to remove moisture from zeolite. This unit is a must for facilities that use absorbent for deep dehydration of transformer oils. Other applications include dying of welding electrodes.

The unit is mounted on a frame of profiled metal and steel sheets. The frame supports drying chamber and two side chambers, where electric heating rods are installed. A fan, which supplies air from the chamber to the heaters and than back to the chamber through opernings in its sides, is located on the back side of the frame. Upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with two manufolds and the lower part has a manifold with slide valve. The frame is thermally insulated to reduce heat losses.
Control panel is mounted on a well next to the cabinet and allows for easy adjustment of the zeolite drying process.

Air drying system "Sukhoway-4"
The unit is designed for heating, drying and refining of transformer oil from mechanical impurities, water and acids. It is also intended for insulation restoration of current and voltage oil-filled transformers, for solid insulation cleaning of power transformers, for insulation drying of power transformers, transformer oil regeneration with granular synthetic or natural adsorbents, regeneration of granular synthetic or natural adsorbents with vacuum, for regeneration and refining of other types of mineral and synthetic oil.
Suhoway-4 air drying system is designed for dehydration and solid removal from air, used for blowing of power transformer tanks and other electric equipment during instllation, maintenance and repair operations to protect electric insulation from moisture when the active core is open to outside environment.
The system operaties as two cyclic adsorbers, filled with synthetic zeolite for drying and a filter for removal of dust from the air.
The system is a metal container, divided into two compartments, with a muffler on the input connector and air distribution device on the outflow connector, with disk gates. The air distributor has a pressure gauge and condensate drain valve.
Upper part of the container is divided into two sections. One section contains adsorbers with air heaters. The absorbers are filled with sysmthetic zeolite and insulated with slagwool. The adsorbers are connected with an air duct. The other section contains control cabinet and dry air outflow connector.

Oil purification system SMM-2.2S is designed to purify petrochemical fluids (oils, hydrolic fluids, diesel fuel) from solid contaminants with density higher than that for the fluid purified, and water. Viscosity of the fluid must not exceed 300 cSt at 20ºС. If the viscosity of the fluid is 300 cSt, capacity of the system will not exceed 0,6 m3/hour.
The system ensures required degree of fluid purity for manufacturing, maintenance and repair of various energy related equipment, road construction heavy duty machines, motors, manufacturing equipment etc to improve reliability and extend life time of hydro-oil assemblies.
The system can operate in two modes. The first mode is to accumulate solid contaminants and water on centrifuge hull, (with drain of low-adhesion water and contaminants to container during pauses in operation). The second mode is to drain the accumulated water from the centrifuge continuously. Mode of operation is chosen depending on the amount of water and solid contaminants in the liquids and on the duration of the system’s continuous operation.
THIS SYSTEM CANNOT BE USED TO PURIFY FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS WITH FLASHPOINT LESS THAN 65ºС, as well as toxic liquids and liquids aggressive to aluminum alloys, non-corrosion resistant steels and oil-resistant rubber.

The system is comprised of oil pumps, retainer and fine filters, vacuum tank, vacuum pump, control cabinet, piping system. The control cabinet contains circuitry for control of the system operation. Control circuit is protected by automatic switch.
The front panel of the control cabinet contains light indication of pump and heater operation.
Oil enters the system via the mesh filter, oil gear pump, and retainer to the vacuum tank jacket, where it ie heated to +55 / 60 °С by electric heaters. The oil then passes into the vacuum tank, where moisture from the oil is evaporated. Water vapor and gases are removed nu the vacuum pump, and the dehydrated oil passes through fine filter. All gear pumps are equipped with safety valves.

The SMM-0.6R oil purification system is designed for removal of solids, gases and water from electric insulation oils with viscosity up to 70 cSt at 50°С.
The unit privides for purification to class 9 purilty with incoming purity class 13 (impurities by weight no more than 0.004%) after multiple passes of the product through filter assembly.
The oil purification system can be used for installation, repair and operation of oil filled high-voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high voltage switches etc).
Ambient conditions for operation:
- ambient temperature + 10 to + 35°С;
- atmospheric pressure 84 to 106,7 kPa (26.77 to 31.49 in.hg);
- elevation up to 2000 m;
- fire and explosion proof building..

It is also intended for insulation restoration of current and voltage oil-filled transformers, for solid insulation cleaning of power transformers, for insulation drying of power transformers, transformer oil regeneration with granular synthetic or natural adsorbents, regeneration of granular synthetic or natural adsorbents with vacuum, for regeneration and refining of other types of mineral and synthetic oil.
The SMM-4V oil purification system is designed for removal of solids and thermovaccum removal of water and ases from lubricating and electric insuation oils, with viscosity up to 70 cSt.
This system is explosion proof.

Principles of opeation in filtration and thermovacuum purification mode.
The oil enters the unit via the unput pump, mesh filer and filter cartridge and goes to vacuum tank sprayer. Vacuum in the tank is maintained by the vacuum pump and is controlled with the vacuum pressure gauge.
Purified air, entering the tank, removes vapor and gasesfrom the surface of the oil drying it. Moinst air is discharged by the vacuum pipe into the atmosphere, after passing through oil separator filter.
Purified oil is then directed to clean oil tank.
Operation in degassing mode.
The oil for processing enters the vacuum tank’s spraye via the pump, mesh filter and cartridge filtter. After that the oil goes into the vacuum tankм.
Gases separate from the oil in the sprayer The gases are discharged into the atmosphere. The degassed oil runs through fine filter and non retirn valve an oil output tank.

PPM series stream oil heaters are designed for heating of transformer oils for filling, replacement or drying of transformers. They can also be used for mineral, industrial, turbine and other oils, as well as other liquids which do not cause corrosion of the contruction materials of these heaters.
The heaters can be used for repair and maintnence of transformers, at power stations and for other oil related applications. The heaters can be operated both indoors and outdoors under sufficient cover.
The heater consists of a welded frame with two heating tanks inside. Each tank is equipped with a tubular grate, on which 12 tubular electric heaters at 3 kW each are mounted. Heater terminals are protected by jacket.
Inegrated conrol unit is mounted on the tanks.
The heater is equipped with input valve, mesh filter, air and oil discharge vlaves and two thermo-resistors.

Stream liquid heater is designed for heating of oil and other liquids with kinetic viscosity less than 70 mm2/s at 50ºС, which do not cause corrosion of heater construction materials, in temperature range from +20˚С to +90˚С.
The heater can be used for heating of oil for oil-filled equipment, as well as for heating petrochemical products in petrochemical technology processes.
The heater is explosion protected to Exd II CT4.
The heater consists of a frame with three heating section, each section includes: jacketed-pipe heat exchangers, heater, pump, extension tank, control panel, piping with corresponding valves and regulators, input and output collectors.
Process parameters are controlled by: temperature regulators, 2TRM “Oven” with TSM type sensors, pressure gauges and thermometers for visual temperature control.
