The Losma Air Filtration Range is one of the most complete on the market today. It is made up of three diversified product lines. For the air applications we offer many different models of mist collectors utilizing turbine, single centrifuge and double centrifuge fan wheels. All the Losma models are ready to accept our modular pre and after-filtration to resolve your specific application.

Our mist collectors can be directly installed directly on the machine or mounted from the floor with an available stand or hung from the ceiling. They remove the mist or pollutant from the source and can easy be moved and used again on other machines.

This solution has a very broad range of possible applications: machining centers, lathes, grinders, millings, screw machines. Thanks to the specific characteristics of the material used, the Newton line assures an extremely high filtration efficiency according to the regulating norms.

Centralized Systems

Modularity is one of the main advantages of the NEWTON line, becoming the most important element for high throughput oil mist filtration systems. By combining several units together (2950 scfm each) it is possible to reach considerably high air flows.

 

Gemini is an air filter for oil mist, micro-mist, vapor and smoke and utilizes both pre and after filters.

Gemini is available in 2 sizes, S and M, with 3 standard configurations each.

Gemini guarantees filtration efficiencies from 95% up to 99,95%.
Offering a variety of different filter combinations insure the right solution can be offered.

Due to its modularity, It is possible to add an activated carbon after-filter for those applications with noxious or dangerous odors, or a HEPA after-filter.

SIRIUS ER 800 is a filter with a flow of 470 scfm and is designed specifically for the remove of fumes and odors from this application. Equipped with two pre-filtration stages (metallic and fabric) and four activated carbon cells, he SIRIUS offers the most comprehensive solution for the removal of the fume and odors given off by dielectric fluids used in spark erosion machining.
