All models in the DARWIN and ASPIROFILTER series can be coupled to Pre and After Filters that provide high effieciency filtration.

Our After Filters provide performance levels of up to 99.7% efficiency. The modular design of our equipment allows these options to be added at any time, even after the installation of the Mist Collector.

 
 

GUARD is a two stage (metal and synthetic) pre-filter for coarser particles which is primarily designed for use when machining cast iron and aluminium.

It is also recommended when any machining produces significant quantities of metal dust and oil mist. The GUARD protects the Mist Colledctor and helps keep it running efficiently for longer periods.

   
 
 

SYNTHESIS is a post-filter which uses one of the most reliable and efficient methods of eliminating oil mist particles down to sub-micron level.

It is based on the principle of electrostatic attraction which captures and retains particles with dimensions less than 0.1 micron found in smoke and micromists. SYNTHESIS is ithe best option for heavy-duty machining at high pressure and high speed or wherever smoke is produced by the combustion of oil.

   
 
 

NITOR
Is a glass fibre post-filter available in a range of efficiency levels up to H13 - absolute filtration. It is suitable for all types of machining, even in the presence of emulsified oil and conducting dust particles.

MICROFILTER
Is an activated carbon post-filter which can be used alone or in combination with SYNTHESIS and NITOR - whenever unpleasant or noxious odors need to be eliminated.

 

It is available in various sizes up to a content of 60 kilos of activated carbon. The special processing of the carbon renders it capable of providing a surface area for absorption of 1300 square metres per gram.

 
 

Is a cartridge post-filter which is simple and economic, representing the easiest way to boost filtration performance. It is available in filtration levels up to H13.

Like NITOR, CLIPPER is also a glass fibre filter. It can easily be mounted on the rear section of the air filter.
