TURBINE
Our turbine air filters are suitable for the elimination of NEAT AND SOLUBLE OIL, also in presence of important amounts of solid powder. They are equipped with one or two static filters, in function of the models, inhaling and recondensing the oil pollutant thanks to the acceleration given to particles from the turbine. They are indicated in specific way for rectifying sharpening-machines, that produce mixed oil fogs with metallic and abrasive powders.

MONO CENTRIFUGE
The mono centrifuge air filters are suitable to the elimination are OF NEAT OIL MISTS AND SOLUBLE OIL MISTS, also in presence of small amounts of solid powder. They have three stages of filtration (2 static and 1 dynamic) that guarantee a high efficiency. The centrifugal effect condenses and inhaled fogs instantaneously, leading back them to the liquid state. The recovered oil is therefore sent back to the machine tool through the water-drainage tube. These air filters are indicated for all the applications of machine tools for the working of the metals and on auxiliary systems (washings, heat treatments etc).

DOUBLE CENTRIFUGE
The double centrifuge air filters today represent the maximum level of filtration available on the market. They have been deviced and they are exclusively produced from our company. They are in a position to eliminating Micro-fogs and VAPORS are of NEAT AND SOLUBLE OIL. The double action centrifuge and the 4 leaking stages (2 dynamic and 2 static) concur the particle filtration from 10 until 0,5 micron. These air filters are indicated for all the applications on machine tools for the working of the metals.

FOR SPARK EROSION
The polluting product from the DIELECTRIC FLUIDS is completely different from the oil ones (typical the removal action of the machine tools). The fractions mostly gaseous and dry that compose it must be dealt in a specific way.
