The Engineered Filtration EFC Series Portable Oil Filter Cart is a filtration system that is ideal for off-line filtration and transfer of industrial lubricants, transformer and hydraulic oils. Primary uses include cleaning up contaminated systems and maintaining ISO Cleanliness Codes within reservoirs and tanks, as well as adding new oil to a system and transferring oils.
A large selection of filter medias are available including, pleated paper, pleated micro-glass and pleated stainless steel mesh. The most common media used is our ßx[c]=1000 micro-glass.
The EFC features a large filter vessel for maximum dirt holding capacity and efficiency. A heavy duty rotary gear pump with 1 HP motor provides 10 GPM of flow and is capable of pumping oil up to 10,000 SSU. Actual flow rate varies based on oil viscosity.
All components are mounted on a heavy duty base with 8” non-marking thermoplastic rear wheels and 4” locking swivel casters on the front. A handle is welded onto the rear, with grips, for easy maneuvering.

Compact design and comfortable
handling
The compact design allows
easy access to the oil tank. Cleanline portable comes ready to connect,
with hose packages. The suction hose and the pressure hose
can be wound
around the hose fixtures. Residual oil from the hoses is collected in the
oil pan. The ultra-fine elements can be quickly changed without special
auxiliary tools.

OPCom 2 in
1: Cleanline portable with Oil Cleanliness OPCom
The Cleanline portable can be equipped with a Oil
Cleanliness Monitor. The ARGO-HYTOS OPCom permanently monitors the current
cleanliness class during
the cleaning or filling
process.
When
monitoring the cleanliness class a ball valve is used to select “upstream“
(before filter, e.g. when cleaning filled oil) or “downstream” (behind
filter, e.g. when filling systems). The display area allows a choice of
particle sizes: 4, 6, 14 or 21 μm. The display shows the classification
number of the selected particle size, as specified by ISO
4406:1999.
The OPCom can
be reconfigured with a PALM Organizer or alternatively via a PC with an
infrared interface. The data can be transmitted to the computer via the
RS232 interface so that the progression can be visualized and followed
graphically or in table form.
Easy Transport
For
easy transportation for FA 016 and FAPC 016 the trolley can be hooked onto
the standing unit. Also, trouble-free transportation is possible for long
distances.
The PGF Portable Filter is a heavy duty and compact system designed for efficient filtration of industrial hydraulic and lubrication oils. Just roll it up, plug it in, and in just 20 minutes the PGF-1 cleans up to 100 gallons of oil, with no machinery shutdown.Downtime is cut, machinery life is extended and money is saved.
