TOPLINE is the finest bag filter vessel available. From its high-performance design to its investment-cast components, everything about TOPLINE is simply the best. TOPLINE’s side inlet, flow through the top design results in a minimum headroom of unfiltered liquid for easy bag change out, as well as providing optimum sealing of the filter bag. Applications that require the installation of gauges, vents or pressurized air connections are easily accommodated by two 1/4" NPT threaded cover taps. TOPLINE’s Type 316 stainless steel construction means superior corrosion resistance and consistent performance, year after year. A smooth, bead blasted finish, coupled with TOPLINE’s minimum weld design, makes it easy to completely clean the interior of the vessel. All TOPLINE vessels have an ASME Code Stamp and come with Eaton’s exclusive Five Year Warranty. TOPLINE…for applications too demanding for ordinary bag filters.

For Continuous and High Flow Rate Applications
Overview -
DUOLINE - For Continuous Filtration Processes
DUOLINE filter housings are for applications where the system flow cannot be shut down for filter bag change out. Either a butterfly or ball valve assembly is used to divert the flow between the two housings so that the isolated, out of service, housing can be serviced. The flow is never shut down.
An integral valve linkage assembly is available for DUOLINE housings with butterfly valves that permits operation of the valves with a single handle.
DUOLINE housings are available in carbon steel or stainless steel for size 02 (double length) filter bags. End connections are either 2" or 3" flanged.
MODULINE FILTER HOUSINGS
MODULINE - For High Flow Rate Filtration Processes
MODULINE Bag Filter Housing
MODULINE filter housings are for applications where the flow rate is too high for a single bag filter housing. MODULINE filters consist of two or more, size 02 (double length) filter housings connected with a flanged manifold assembly. This manifold assembly permits the flow to go through all housings simultaneously with a single inlet and outlet connection.
The manifold assembly is of the same material of construction as the filter housings. MODULINE filter housings are available in carbon steel and stainless steel.

A counter balanced spring assisted cover lifting mechanism balances the cover perfectly giving it a "weightless" feel. Opening and closing the cover is "finger tip" easy.
QIC-LOCK rapid opening and closing mechanism ensures simple, operator friendly operation with minimal downtime for bag change-outs. Reduces downtime to increase productivity and decrease operating costs.
Unique 3-point hold down for bayonet fitting ensure high quality of the seal between each filter bag and the housing body. A supplied special tool ensures, simple effective operation.
Side inlet and bottom outlet provides easy and complete drainage. A standard tangential outlet reduces housing height.
Available in three sizes for 4, 6 or 8 standard size 02 double length filter bags.

Patented QIC-LOCK Cover
SIMPLE TO OPERATE
The MAXILINE VMBF SE design prevents the cover from being opened until the vessel has been properly vented. Moving the safety interlock handle upwards simultaneously vents the vessel and unlocks the clamp for opening. A threaded spindle mechanism, operated by a hand wheel, opens the clamp so that the cover can be raised with the help of a spring assisted hinge. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds compared to the 10 MINUTES or more it takes to open a vessel with bolted closure. The vessel cannot be re-pressurized until the QIC-LOCK clamp has been fully closed and the safety interlock engaged which closes the vent valve. Cover Features Reliable Swing Eye Bolt or Segment Clamp Closure Mechanism
Overview
The user friendly, cost effective bag filter housing for high volume applications and processes.
Available in Type 304 stainless steel, Type 316 stainless steel or carbon steel with standard Buna N o-rings, Viton® o-rings are an available as an option.
A counter balanced spring assisted cover lifting mechanism balances the cover perfectly giving it a "weightless" feel. Opening and closing the cover is "finger tip" easy.
Side inlet and bottom outlet provides easy and complete drainage. A tangential outlet option is available to reduce the height of the housing making filter bag change-out easier.
Unique 3-point hold down for bayonet fitting ensure high quality of the seal between each filter bag and the housing body. A supplied special tool ensures, simple effective operation.
Housing volume is optimized to minimize product loss.
Available in four sizes for 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 standard size 02 double length filter bags.

The cover of the MAXILINE MBF HD is easy to operate...just loosen the swing bolts, turn the davit handwheel and swing the cover aside.
