Model 831 Lubrication Systems		 Description

Model 831 lubrication systems consist of circulating pump, tank, filter, coolers and other accessory equipment completely furnished as self-contained units.

Applications

Especially adapted and ideally suited for use in installations where it is desirable to provide a complete lubricating system for individual mill stands.  Designed for lubricating mill drives, hydraulic pumps, industrial machinery, or wherever a complete, space saving system is desired. Extensively used in many fields, including the paper, rubber, textile, machine tool, metal rolling and associated industries.

Features

  • An easy to change filter element that can be quickly removed. Large sump permits longer filtration periods and less frequent cleaning.
  • Down-time insurance. Prevents oil breakdown. Saves on production losses and the associated costs of bearing replacement.
  • Choice of cooling method. Conventional heat exchanger or air-cooled.
  • Electric or steam heat. System can be furnished with either type in tank when required for cold start.Choice of operation.
  • System can be furnished completely automatic, semi-automatic or manual.
